UP has a long history creating innovative solutions for orthodontic practices.  In 2015, founder Kira Woods, accepted the challenge of building a flagship program for Office Inventory Management and created the first version of UpTracker.

Kira Woods has been an inventory control consultant for over a decade. After receiving her MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia, she started training offices how to fully utilize their inventory management systems. Realizing the issues that real world practices were experiencing, she developed a comprehensive programmatic way of tackling the toughest inventory problems. Her expertise spans the range of optimizations that are available to practices of all sizes. She is an expert in the specialized field of inventory control and has been a speaker on the subject since 2013.

The mission of UP Software & Consulting is to continue to provide personalized service, and be an industry leader in providing innovate office efficiency solutions. This journey starts with UpTracker Inventory Management. The V2 of UpTracker was a huge undertaking and we are incredibly proud of the vision for how we think this user based platform may change the Orthodontic industry forever. By offering a platform where our users can anonymously share data, average pricing and even important benchmark statistics we will be able to provide real data to our users that will be unprecedented in the industry.
